Made with plenty of matcha green tea, and topped with a finish meant to evoke Kenrokuen Garden’s delicate moss. Enjoy the harmony of Kaga Bocha roasted tea kanten jelly, the fruit of the day, premium handmade sweet bean paste, chewy shiratama dumplings, rich matcha green tea ice cream, sherbet, and espuma foam.
